I've got a quick question for you...

Have you ever studied film? Do you care enough to learn about the game from a strategic standpoint? 

Do you think it's a good idea to learn concepts and principles so you can implement technique and strategy with a deeper understanding?

Here's a personal story:
I know I've been knocked out of playing for months before. I had to undergo shoulder surgery in 2010 and with NO EXAGGERATION, I studied my games and Todd Rogers games for hours and hours..

Without even practicing, I was able to come back from injury on Day 1 and win points in situations I had never been able to before...

This might sound crazy to you but, the "training sessions" where I watched film with my coaches instead of actually practicing... Those were worth more to my career than a MONTH of physical  training because of what I was able to discover about my game and the HIGH level tips and examples provided on film.

That's why I built the courses online. Because I know first hand what video lessons can do... It's why every athlete in the player's tent watches their previous matches on their phones and lap tops.

The Complete Beach Volleyball Blueprint currently takes about 12 months at a steady pace to see big changes and the best results.

You can set your own pace but to work through each program effectively with enough reps, we recommend two playing sessions per week.

You can also join just to take individual courses but you'll miss out on the live meetings and video analysis you could get in the Better at Beach Online App & Community

Some people need quick fixes but most of our athletes thrive on informational resources and instruction to make sure you're implementing winning strategies.

We know you'll hang around for a long time once you see how big the improvements are in your game!

While these are the same lessons, training programs, practice plans and workout plans we use with our AVP and World Tour Players, we've designed this volleyball online training so that ANYONE can do it. It doesn’t matter if you’re 15, 25, 45 or 65.

Everything we do starts with foundational elements that we continue to build upon. 

Most of our players are B, A and AA but, we have true beginners who finished at the top of their tournaments within 6 months and open players who made their national teams after a year of hard work and dedication.

You can do everything with a ball, a phone and every now and then, a wall!

We'll show you how to move different skills and drills onto the court if you have more players and access.

If you jump into our workout programs, you can do all of the workouts with a set of power bands or dumbbells but we'll also show you exercises that incorporate equipment from a fully loaded gym.

Yes, yes and YES! 

We've modified all workouts, exercises and drills so you can make the most of it, even if you're stuck at home by yourself. 

Use a court or gym if you're able, but we won't leave anyone behind.

Even if you don't have access to facilities or partners, WE KNOW (because we see it every day) you will get better at this the game and see big time results!

Don't let this intimidate you but our entire volleyball workout training is designed around a complete season training cycle... 1 Year.

If you follow our lead and sign up for our private coaching program, we will take you step by step through every part of your off-season, pre-season, season and post-season phases.

Every course is designed to fit into the same timing progression that most athletes on the FIVB & AVP Tours use.

BUT! YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THAT TIMELINE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO...

Because each of our courses is also designed to stand on their own.

So if you know passing, is giving you the most trouble, you can dive straight into that program.

We design these programs so that just about every drill & exercise has modification examples so you can do them on the court OR at home in front of your house. 

The individual skill & strategy courses, when done at the right pace, should take anywhere from 10 to 60 days (assuming between 2 and 4 active days per week) depending on the program. 

Each section has a video that takes you through the most important faults and easy ways to fix them them.

Then you'll have drill/exercise assignments that should total no more than 1 hour each week.

Of course, you wouldn't want to skimp on reps, though. Once you get going, it'll be hard to stop, so feel free to do more!

We follow a group schedule and make our way through every skill/topic in one year but if you are just here to master ONE skill, you can do that in 1-2 months.

You OWE it to yourself, your partner and your teammates to go through the whole program. Imagine how impressed they'll be in just a couple weeks when you're completely controlling the game!

To be honest, we have a very strong collection of videos and tips on all of our social media and they can take you a long way...

BUT, what we do in the courses is totally different.

1) We structure the volleyball lessons, volleyball tutorials and volleyball drills so that they are in a sound progression. Would you try to launch a rocket before you learned physics, engineering and electronics? NO! But so many players stumble on our videos and try to implement a tip or a lesson that they aren't ready for.

When you complete our programs from start to finish, we build or re-build your technique from the ground up. If you have a flaw in your foundation that's never fixed, you'll never reach your full potential.

Our progression of tutorials, and drills ensure that you lock in the fundamentals so that you can build on them and hit a new level.

2) Personal touch. We put out a lot of content and we know that. We simply don't have the time to answer every DM or reply to every comment. We reserve our time and energy for our members and always put them at the front of the line. Any questions, comments or problems will be answer FAST! When you become a member, you become a Better at Beach Athlete or a Better at Beach Coach and we do not take that lightly. We will be there for you.

3) Focus & Accountability. On social media, the algorithms show you a smattering of different content depending on what engages you most. This is BAD when it comes to actually improving. To fully learn something and improve, you have to focus and finish. You can't just do whatever interests you at that moment. Our courses, schedules, meetings and accountability coaches ensure that you finish what you start so that you can see true improvement.

Even in your second and third year, you will find that there are skills and concepts you can grab onto in a deeper way than when you first started.

PLUS, we continually update the courses.

4) WAY MORE MEMBERS ONLY CONTENT. Your library will hold video analyses of matches at all levels and more bonus footage than you can handle BUT you'll be able to find exactly what you need because of our organization and titling structure. The juicy stuff on social media is just the tip of the iceberg. 

You've got practices to run and sometimes it's tough to know if the drills and training will hit the mark for each athlete. 

By having a proven system that gives you the exact practice plans and progressions you need, you'll no longer stress about which drills are the "right" ones for your junior athletes.
