Attendees

In order to maintain a quality training experience. We limit the number of on-court participants to 12 per court per coach although we recommend between 6 and 10
 

Travel & Logistics

We'll handle the coaching, you handle the logistics:
 
✈️ Travel Arrangements
  • We handle all travel arrangements and provide you with a detailed expense report for reimbursement. This ensures we get the best rates and you get professional coaches who arrive refreshed and ready to deliver an amazing camp experience.
🏨 Accommodation
  • You provide or reimburse accommodation costs for  coaches
  • Coaches must be provided with their own private bedrooms or hotel rooms

$2,500 per coach, per day

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Service: Private beach volleyball coaching at client's location
  • Rate: $2,500 per coach per day (minimum 2-day booking)
  • Coaches: Certified Better at Beach instructors
  • Duration: 6 hours of on-court training per day

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure dates
  2. Final Payment: Balance due 30 days before camp start date
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • 60+ days: Full refund minus $500 processing fee
    • 30-59 days: 50% refund
    • Less than 30 days: No refund

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide suitable volleyball courts meeting safety standards
  • Arrange and pay for coach flights, ground transportation, and accommodation
  • Provide meals or $75/day per coach meal allowance
  • Maximum 12 per court & coach
  • Ensure all participants complete liability waivers

LIABILITY & WAIVER

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Participants acknowledge that beach volleyball involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury from physical contact, falls, equipment failure, and weather conditions.
 
RELEASE OF CLAIMS: Participants and parents/guardians hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Better at Beach, its coaches, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the camp.
 
MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: In case of emergency, Better at Beach staff are authorized to seek immediate medical attention for participants.
 

EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES

  • Client provides courts, nets, and basic equipment
  • Better at Beach provides training materials and specialized equipment
  • Courts must be inspected and approved by Better at Beach staff

WEATHER POLICY

  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations
  • Schedule adjustments made as needed

CONDUCT & SAFETY

  • All participants must follow coach instructions
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
  • Better at Beach reserves right to modify program for safety

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Training methods and materials remain property of Better at Beach
  • Photo/video consent required for marketing use
