12:00 - 2:00- Developing Power & Accuracy: Hit Harder With Good Form and Put The Ball Where You Want It To Go

We invite you to take an active roll in your child's training! We'll give you a brief overview of what's important for each skill so you can work on it at home & you know what it feels like!

You'll quickly learn what the kids learned and everyone will get to roll play as coach, fan AND player! This is everyone's favorite part of camp!

 WHAT TO BRING:

CLOTHES - Athletic wear. Preferably shorts, light t-shirts, hats, sunglasses & SAND SOCKS! You can bring a swimsuit for after the camp but we will NOT be going into the ocean & swimsuits are not recommended for play because of the increased sun exposure & changing temperatures.

FOOD/SNACKS - We'll have some extra but we only officially provide lunch in the form of wraps & sandwiches.

  • Applesauce packets, Jerky, Energy Chews, Berries, Apples, Bananas, Almond/Peanut Butter Packets, Almonds, Trail Mix, Deli Sandwiches.

HYDRATION - There are public showers & fountains nearby but PLEASE bring a large amount of water with electrolyte replacement powders.  Bringing a soft sided cooler or packable cooler has helped many campers keep their goodies cold while on the courts. Refillable Water Bottles are a MUST!!

SUN PROTECTION - Sunscreen, Hats/Visors, Sunglasses, Lightweight Long Sleeve Shirts/hoodies, Sand Sox, Beach towel, umbrella, etc
