11:15 - 12:15 - Lunch & Mental Session "How To Eat & Workout For Volleyball"
12:30 - 3:00 - Arm Swing Mechanics: Power vs. Shots
4:00 - 6:00 - Vision, Decision Making and Accuracy + Competitive Games
SUNDAY
8:00-10:00 - Defensive Posture, Positioning & Hard Driven Digs
10:15 - 11:15 LUNCH & MENTAL SESSION "Mental Toughness & Building Routines"
11:30 - 1:30 - Chasing Shots and Diving Digs
2:00 - 3:00 - Reading the Hitter, Blocking and Peeling
