3:00 - 3:45 Defensive Posture, Positioning & Hard Driven Digs

3:45 - 4:45 Chasing Shots and Diving Digs

4:45 - 5:30 Reading the Hitter, Blocking and Peeling




These sessions will be for intermediate levels and above.
Fair warning: this would probably be a little too hardcore/in depth for true beginners but if you do come, expect to push yourself.
